2026 Groups Annual Outcomes Report: Changing Lives Through Progress and Accountability
2026 Groups Annual Outcomes Report: Changing Lives Through Progress and Accountability
Groups has released our third Annual Outcomes Report . This year’s report reinforces how and why our unique care model for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) treatment and partnerships with community groups, public agencies, and health plans lead to significantly higher results than national averages.
In the 2026 Annual Outcomes Report, we are publishing our outcomes through the frame of the six core outcomes that define success in addiction treatment:
- Access & Growth
- Engagement
- Remission
- Retention
- Mortality Reduction
- Cost of Care
Last year's outcomes
Last year’s outcomes demonstrate that industry-leading results are not only possible with addiction care that centers members’ individual experiences, needs, and preferences — but that focusing on these aspects of care creates industry-leading results.
New to Groups?
We launched our program in 2014 to help people with OUD overcome addiction and thrive. We offer Suboxone, group therapy, and support for important social needs like housing, food, health care, and transit. Treatment at Groups is online and in person, so you can get care when and how it works for you.
We believe that everyone who wants treatment should be able to access it. We accept many Medicaid and insurance plans to make Groups affordable.
Call us 24/7, 365 days a year at (888) 858-1723 to find out if Groups is right for you.
